ICE BRIDGE CABLE SUPPORT STRUCTURE
Radio Tower Company
designed and built this ice bridge at a Portland tower site. The ice bridge creates a path for cables between two 1,000' towers
and the adjacent buildings. Challenges included interfacing with the existing tower foundations, meeting the needs of a variety
of tower users and mechanical and aesthetic fit with existing site structures.

TOWER TOP MAST WITH FM ANTENNA
Radio Tower Company
installed this 22' mast and FM antenna on top of a Portland broadcast tower. The primary challenge was that a jin pole could
not be used on this tower due to an existing spiral antenna. We designed a fixture which allowed the mast to be pushed up
into position from below, and completed a project which many considered impossible.

UNIPOLE ANTENNA WITH
20' STANDOFF PIPES
Radio Tower Company designed and installed this large unipole antenna on a Portland broadcast tower.
Working primarily in the winter months added to the challenges of installing the long and heavy standoff pipes. The pipes
are supported with Phillystran non-conductive guy wires.

FM ANTENNA WITH 10' STANDOFF BRACKET
Radio Tower Company
designed and installed this custom 10' standoff bracket at a tower site south of Salem. The client needed a durable and economical
means of improving the performance of the FM antenna by distancing it from the tower's steel structure. Careful planning and
fabrication at our shop allowed us to complete the installation quickly at this remote site.
